Summary

This study tests if special glasses (DIMS lenses) plus atropine eye drops work better than standard glasses plus atropine to slow down nearsightedness (myopia) in children. About 111 kids aged 4 to 16 with progressing myopia will take part. The goal is to see which combination better controls how much the eyes change over time.
