Hands-On therapy trial aims to ease chronic neck headaches

NCT ID NCT07168512

Summary

This study is testing whether a hands-on physical therapy technique called myofascial release, either alone or combined with specific exercises, can help people with headaches that originate from the neck. Researchers will measure changes in neck alignment on X-rays and see if the treatments improve pain, sleep quality, and mood. The trial involves 100 adults diagnosed with cervicogenic headaches.
