First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study compares three treatments—exercise, dry needling, and a newer injection called interfascial block—for people with long-lasting pain in the upper trapezius muscle (neck and shoulder area). Researchers will measure pain, movement, and quality of life in 78 adults aged 18 to 55. The goal is to see which approach provides the best short- and long-term relief.
