Can a different drug make cancer maintenance easier to live with?

NCT ID NCT04497961

Summary

This study is for people with multiple myeloma whose cancer has responded well to initial treatment. It compares two different maintenance drugs—lenalidomide (the usual approach) and daratumumab—to see which one gives patients a better quality of life during long-term treatment. Researchers will track how patients feel using questionnaires, and there's an optional part of the study where interested participants can try a plant-based diet.
