Summary
This study tests a school-based program for Danish 10th graders (around age 16) to improve their mental and physical health. About 500 students from 26 classes will take part, with some starting the program in 2025 and others later. The program includes 28 lessons over 8-10 weeks focusing on life skills, outdoor learning, and creating a healthier school environment. Researchers will track changes in well-being, social skills, and health habits through surveys.
