Summary

This study uses smartphone sensors and health questionnaires to measure physical activity and heart health in 15,000 US adults aged 18 and older. Participants will use an app on their iOS or Android phone to track steps, heart rate, and answer health questions. The study also tests whether personalized activity reminders work better than generic ones. No treatment or medication is involved.
