Summary

This study tests whether a new cream called MW-III can help partial-thickness burn wounds heal faster than the standard cream Silvadene. About 60 adults with thermal burns covering up to 25% of their body will take part. The main goal is to see how long it takes for the burn to heal at least 95%.
