First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests a new vaccine designed to protect people from two viruses (VEEV and EEEV) that can cause severe brain swelling (encephalitis). About 411 healthy adults aged 18-50 will receive different doses of the vaccine or a placebo to find the safest and most effective dose. The goal is to see if the vaccine triggers a strong immune response and is well-tolerated.
