NCT ID NCT06756698

First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether music therapy can help children and teenagers with mood disorders who also hurt themselves (called non-suicidal self-injury, or NSSI). About 54 participants will take part, and researchers will use questionnaires and brain scans to see if music therapy eases anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. The goal is to understand how music might help the brain and improve emotional well-being.
