Summary
This study tests whether adding music to guided mindfulness meditation helps reduce stress and anxiety better than meditation alone. It involves 70 adults of African descent who have symptoms of anxiety or depression. Participants will join virtual sessions and report their stress levels. The goal is to find a culturally relevant, community-based way to support mental health.
