NCT ID NCT07159542

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looks at whether listening to music at home can help people who care for a loved one with Alzheimer's disease. Caregivers often feel stressed and exhausted, which can harm their own health. The study will give 90 caregiver-patient pairs a tablet app to listen to music for 20 minutes, three times a week, for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, burnout, and brain activity using EEG.
