First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at whether listening to self-selected music during warm-up helps highly trained futsal players perform better on sprint tests during and after Ramadan fasting. Ten male players completed sprint tests with and without music in both fasting and non-fasting periods. The goal was to see if music can improve anaerobic performance and reduce fatigue.
