Summary
This study looked at whether listening to music at different frequencies while doing yoga-based exercises can improve both physical fitness and thinking skills in inactive young adults aged 18-35. Thirty healthy but inactive participants completed tests of lower body strength and cognitive flexibility. The goal was to see if certain music frequencies offer extra benefits beyond exercise alone.
