Summary
This study tests a new device called DidgeriTU for people with mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea. The goal is to see if it reduces breathing pauses during sleep better than a fake device. Participants will use the device daily for 3 months and complete sleep tests and questionnaires. The study involves 76 adults who are not using CPAP.
