Summary

This study aims to find the best way to help professional athletes recover after hard workouts. Researchers will test six different recovery techniques on 20 healthy basketball or endurance athletes to see which one most effectively reduces muscle pain and helps restore strength. They will measure muscle oxygen levels, temperature, pain sensitivity, and strength right after each treatment to compare results.
