Science tests if arm angle is key to bigger muscles

NCT ID NCT07360236

Summary

This study aims to find out if the position of your arm during weight training affects how much your back and forearm muscles grow. Young, healthy adults who already lift weights will train one arm in a high position and the other in a lower position for 12 weeks. Researchers will use MRI scans and strength tests to measure any differences in muscle size and strength between the two training methods.
