First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tested two physical therapy approaches—muscle energy technique and kinesiotherapy—in 64 adults aged 20-40 with non-specific low back pain. Participants had mild to moderate disability and sat for at least 3 hours daily. The goal was to see which method better reduced pain, improved movement, and eased daily limitations. Results help guide treatment choices for common back pain.
