Summary

This study looked at two types of physical therapy for people with cervicogenic headache (headaches that start from the neck). Forty adults aged 20 to 40 received either a muscle energy technique alone or combined with myofascial release over two weeks. The goal was to see which approach better reduced pain, improved neck movement, and lessened disability.
