First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a muscle energy technique to standard mobilization therapy can better reduce pain and improve movement in people with sacral torsion, a type of lower back problem. About 46 adults aged 22-44 with diagnosed sacral torsion will receive either mobilization alone or mobilization plus the muscle technique, three times a week for two weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and range of motion at the start and after two weeks.
