First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests two new nasal spray vaccines (CVM150 and CVM26) designed to protect against mumps. About 60 healthy adults aged 18-29 will receive the vaccine and be monitored for side effects and immune response over 12 months. The goal is to see if these vaccines are safe and trigger the body's defenses against the mumps virus.
