Summary
This study is testing whether combining four medications (daratumumab, carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone) is safe and effective for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. Researchers will enroll 75 participants to see if this combination can eliminate nearly all cancer cells from the body, measured by 'minimal residual disease negativity.' The study focuses on patients who haven't received more than one prior treatment cycle.
