NCT ID NCT04268498

First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study compares two drug combinations for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. About 310 participants will receive either a standard three-drug regimen (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, dexamethasone) or that same regimen plus daratumumab. The goal is to see which approach is safer and better at reducing cancer cells to very low levels.
