Summary
This study is testing a combination of three drugs—ixazomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone—for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose of this combination and to see how well it controls the cancer. It is for adults who have already tried at least one or two other treatments.
