Summary
This study looks at whether a special health program can help people who have both COPD (a lung disease) and mental health symptoms like depression or anxiety. About 7,400 adults aged 35 and older in Xishui, China, will take part. The program includes health check-ups, lung tests, digital mental health support, and guidance to manage other health issues like smoking or high blood pressure. The goal is to see if this approach improves mental well-being and controls chronic diseases better than usual care.
