Video games and electrotherapy join forces to help kids beat Cancer's aftermath

Summary
This study tests whether combining physical exercise with electrotherapy and exercise video games helps children and teens who have finished cancer treatment recover their strength, balance, and quality of life. About 45 participants aged 3 to 16 will be randomly assigned to different therapy combinations. The goal is to see which approach works best for improving fitness, reducing pain and fatigue, and making exercise more fun and consistent.
