New study tests simple lifestyle combo to ease chronic pain

Summary
This study tests a program that combines pain education, exercise, and healthy lifestyle advice for adults with persistent muscle or joint pain lasting at least 6 months. About 146 people from five primary care centers in Spain will join. The goal is to see if this approach improves quality of life and reduces pain compared to usual care.
