First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding Mulligan mobilization (a gentle manual therapy) or relaxation techniques (deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation) to standard physical therapy can help people with chronic low back pain. 45 adults aged 18-60 with non-specific low back pain lasting over 3 months will be split into three groups. They will receive treatment for 4 weeks and be evaluated at the start, end, and 3 months later to see if pain and function improve.
