First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at two extra treatments for people with chronic low back pain that has no clear cause. One is a gentle hands-on technique called Mulligan mobilization, and the other is a relaxation method using deep breathing and muscle relaxation. 45 adults aged 18-60 will receive standard care plus one of these extra treatments for 4 weeks. Researchers will check pain, movement, and quality of life right after treatment and again 3 months later.
