NCT ID NCT07589725
First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a specific manual therapy technique called Mulligan Mobilization with Movement (MWM) to an exercise program can reduce pain and improve grip strength and function in people with tennis elbow. 45 adults with tennis elbow for at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to receive MWM plus exercise, a sham version plus exercise, or exercise alone. Researchers will measure pain, stiffness, and function over 6 months to see if the real MWM provides lasting benefits beyond placebo.
