Summary
This study tests a combination of drugs (vorinostat plus either sirolimus, everolimus, or temsirolimus) in people with advanced cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if the drugs can shrink tumors. Up to 249 participants will be enrolled at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
