First patients dosed in new cancer drug trial

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug called MT-304 for adults with advanced cancers that have a protein called HER2. The main goals are to check the safety of the drug, find the best dose, and see if it shows any early signs of helping to control the cancer. Participants will receive MT-304 by itself or combined with another cancer drug, nivolumab.
