Summary
This study tests a treatment called MSLN CAR-T, which uses a patient's own immune cells modified to attack tumors that have a specific marker (MSLN). It is for adults with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. Participants receive chemotherapy before the cell infusion. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment shrinks tumors.
