Summary

This study tests whether tiny particles called exosomes, taken from donated stem cells, can help people with knee osteoarthritis. The goal is to reduce pain and improve knee function. Twenty adults with mild to moderate knee arthritis will receive the treatment and be monitored using a standard knee health questionnaire.
