Summary

This study looked at whether special leg exercises (called PNF) could improve balance, walking, and fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. Twenty-six adults with MS took part, doing either PNF exercises or standard leg strengthening for six weeks. The goal was to see if these exercises could make daily activities easier and reduce tiredness.
