Summary

This study tests whether rose tablet candies made with MRJPs (a royal jelly ingredient) can improve ovarian function and the uterine lining in women with diminished ovarian reserve or thin endometrium. About 66 women aged 20–45 will take the candies and be monitored for hormone levels and uterine health. The goal is to see if this supplement is safe and effective for reproductive health.
