Summary
This study uses advanced MRI techniques to see if they can predict how well head and neck cancer patients will respond to surgery or chemoradiation. About 272 adults with head and neck cancer will get these special scans before and during treatment. The goal is to find early signs that tell doctors if the therapy is working, helping personalize care.
