Summary
This study aimed to see if MRI scans are safe for people who have broken or unused wires from a pacemaker or defibrillator. Researchers monitored 18 patients for any symptoms or heart rhythm problems during and after their MRI scans. The goal was to collect real-world safety information to help doctors and insurance providers make better decisions for these patients.
