MRI may spot ovarian cyst cancer risk

Summary
This study will check how well MRI can tell if ovarian cysts are harmless or cancerous. About 50 women with cysts seen on ultrasound will get an MRI. Results will be compared with surgery findings or follow-up scans to see if MRI improves diagnosis and helps doctors choose the right treatment.
