Calming screens: can movies and music make MRI scans less scary?
NCT ID NCT07246746
Summary
This study is testing whether an infotainment system (like movies or music) can help people who feel unexpectedly anxious about getting an MRI scan. Researchers will compare this entertainment approach to standard care to see if it helps more patients complete their brain MRI. The goal is to reduce anxiety so that clear, usable images can be obtained for diagnosis.
