First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called MRG006A combined with standard immune-boosting and targeted therapies for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The study aims to find the safest dose and check if the combination shrinks tumors. About 160 adults with a life expectancy of at least 3 months and a specific tumor marker (GPC3) will participate.
