Summary
This early-phase study tested an experimental drug, MRG004A, in 39 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have a protein called tissue factor. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. Researchers also monitored side effects and how long any tumor response lasted.
