Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called MRG003 for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has returned or spread after previous treatments. The trial involves 238 participants and compares MRG003 against standard chemotherapy drugs to see which works better at controlling the cancer. Researchers will measure how well tumors shrink, how long the treatment works, and what side effects patients experience.
