NCT ID NCT07120698

First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is for people with stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer who had surgery after initial chemotherapy plus immunotherapy but still had some cancer cells left. The trial uses a blood test to look for tiny bits of cancer DNA (called MRD) to decide if more immunotherapy with a drug called sintilimab is needed. The goal is to see if this personalized approach can help prevent the cancer from coming back. About 115 adults will take part across two hospitals in China.
