Summary

This study tested a new way to collect and analyze prostate cancer cells using MR-US image fusion targeted biopsy. Researchers grew cells from 600 men in the lab to study their unique protein and genetic profiles. The goal was to better predict how aggressive a person's prostate cancer might be. This was a research study, not a treatment trial.
