First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study is testing a new approach for people with advanced colon cancer that cannot be removed with surgery right away. Twenty participants will receive a short course of MRI-guided radiation, followed by chemotherapy, then surgery to remove the tumor, and more chemo afterward. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and helps shrink or eliminate the cancer enough for successful surgery.
