Summary
This study tests a new way to deliver radiation for men with unfavorable prostate cancer. Using MRI guidance, doctors hope to match the success of standard treatments while reducing side effects like urinary and rectal problems. About 40 men will receive a combination of brachytherapy and SBRT, with the goal of keeping cancer under control for at least 5 years in 85% of patients.
