Summary

This study follows 345 people who had mpox or received the smallpox vaccine to see if they have any lasting physical or mental health issues and how long their immune protection lasts. Participants will give blood, saliva, semen, and anal swabs at checkups over 5 years. The goal is to understand long-term effects and immune memory after infection or vaccination.
