Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called MP101, given alongside standard antibiotics, for adults with a severe lung infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. The main goal is to check if MP101 is safe and tolerable in 18 participants. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves in the body and how well it fights the bacteria.
