New drug MP0533 tested in leukemia patients – could it control the disease?

Summary
This study is testing a new drug, MP0533, in about 249 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) that has come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the drug can help control the cancer. Participants will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and how well their disease responds.
