Summary
This study tested a new diabetes medication called MP-513 (Teneligliptin) in 203 Japanese adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants took the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks to see if it safely lowered blood sugar levels. The goal was to control the disease, not cure it.
